Jean-Robert CALLON DE LAMARCK has been working in Industrial Property field since 1988. He joined REGIMBEAU in 1992 and became partner in 2001.
Jean-Robert advises a wide variety of clients (SMEs, Universities, major industry players) on all IP aspects. With his team, he assists them in defining their IP strategies and in building and defending their patent portfolio throughout the world. He has a vast experience in conducting Freedom to Operate surveys for both France and abroad, in particular in the US.
He has been involved in many litigations and is experienced in licensing and technology transfer discussions. |
