REGIMBEAU has put a specialized organization into place, with a core team, dedicated to handling European Patent Office proceedings for foreign applicants.
This organization relies on the skills of all REGIMBEAU’s European Patent Attorneys, along with the resources required for the specific processes relating to European patents. It also benefits from the years of practice in advising and representing clients before the European Patent Office (EPO), all the while complying with the needs and expectations of our foreign clients.

Opposition procedures remain the most effective way to cancel or limit a patent within all Member States designated in the European Patent Convention. REGIMBEAU’s 30 European Patent Attorneys attend to and represent their French and foreign clients, not only when they wish to oppose a patent, but also to advise and assist when their own patents are subject to an opposition. This includes representation at oral proceedings before the EPO in both oppositions and appeals.
