Conference on Biodiversity

Participation of Gabrielle FAURE-ANDRE, IP Attorney, at the Conference entitled "The Nagoya Protocol, Biodiversity here and abroad" organized by FEBEA, PRODAROM, ASPA INGRECOS and UNITIS. This conference took place at IFIS (Boulogne-Billancourt) on January 16, 2018. Many speakers (representatives of industries and competent authorities) drew up a very complete picture of the implementation in France and abroad of the laws relating to access and benefit sharing in accordance with the European Regulation. Practical case studies closed this day.

The presentation will be followed by a round table aminated by Philippe BESSIERE, with participation from Sandrine ROYANNAIS and Aurelié SUAREZ - Pierre Fabre, Jean DONNENWIRTH - Pioneer Génétique, and Denis BARRON - Nestlé.
