This conference took place at IFIS (Boulogne-Billancourt) on January 16, 2018. Many speakers (representatives of industries and competent authorities) drew up a very complete picture of the implementation in France and abroad of the laws relating to access and benefit sharing in accordance with the European Regulation. REGIMBEAU is ranked 2nd French and 3rd European Patent Attorney Firm in number of PCT patent applications (Patent Cooperation Treaty) before the EPO acting as receiving office (Data extraction in March 2018 on applications published in 2016 and 2017).
