As an internationally recognised expert in chemistry, pharmacy and cosmetics, Francis AHNER assists and advises pharmaceutical companies of all sizes, not only with the acquisition of their rights but also with disputes in French courts or at the European Patent Office. He is one of the few French experts in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates.
