After having been trained by Francis AHNER and Jacques WARCOIN in Paris, Franck TETAZ was in charge of the Industrial Property department for Aventis CropScience in Lyon, more particularly in charge of biotechnologies and genomics where he gained particular experience in IP litigations in the United States, lawsuits before juries and arbitrations.
He is currently a Partner and the Manager of the Lyon agency, where he contributes to further develop Regimbeau's presence the greater South-East and the Alpine Arc. |
