Frédérique started her career in Industrial Property in 1990. A 16-year practice in IP firms gave her the opportunity to develop a large experience in patent litigation, in France and in the European Patent Office, representing French and foreign clients. In particular, she has a vast expertise in oral proceedings before the European Patent Office in the context of opposition and appeal proceedings spanning the fields of biotechnologies and pharmaceuticals.
Frédérique’s two-year professional experience as the head of patent litigations for Europe in a large pharma Group gave her a deep knowledge of the various European legal systems.
