Jerome COLLIN qualified from CEIPI (Centre International de la Propriété Industrielle) – with the “Patents” and “Trademarks and Designs” specializations.
He graduated as an engineer from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC) and holds a Master of Arts (University of California).

 

Jerome COLLIN represents French and foreign private companies and public education and research bodies.

His contributions cover every aspect related to the acquisition of intellectual property rights (prosecution, examination, opposition and appeal) and to the enforcement of these rights (identification and management of the preliminary infringement situations, French and International litigations, agreements – licenses in particular, etc.) He also deals with the valuation of intellectual property assets (audits and due diligence, financial valorisation), for patents or other types of assets.

Jérôme Collin is in charge of international cooperation and follows in particular the development of IP between Asia and Europe.

Jerome joined REGIMBEAU in 1997 after gaining experience for several years in development and management of technology.  He became a partner in 2005.

Jerome is highly involved in the training of future IP professionals, and teaches at CEIPI, SEAD FICPI and gives consultancy lectures in French “Grandes Ecoles” and universities. He is a member of FICPI, AIPPI, LES, epi, CNCPI.
